At PIPE AND ROW, we want you to love your curated pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
